Registration Payment Terms

Registration fees will be charged upon receipt of registration forms.
Payments will be refunded according to below the cancellation policy.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made with a written notification of cancellation to Ortra Ltd. as follows:

Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless the registration was made during the 7 days before the Conference) – Full refund, excluding 30 NIS handling fees.

Before October 27, 2025 – Full refund, excluding 30 NIS handling fee
From October 28, 2025 - 50% refund
From November 16, 2025 – No refund
